Q: How can I track my order?

A: You will receive an email containing the tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. 

Q: What are my delivery options?

A: We ship both locally and internationally. For local orders, we offer free shipping for orders > $100, otherwise it is $10 per order via registered mail. Local orders containg fridge items will be delivered by our in-house driver. For international orders, delivery cost is $20 for all orders via Aramex.

Q: What are your delivery hours?

A: Deliveries are available Monday - Friday, between 8.30am - 5.30 pm. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do. You may be charged for handling fees, taxes  and custom duties as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the receiver.
