A: All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable with the exception of goods received that are incorrect or defective.


Q: I received a defective item, how do I request for an exchange?

A: Should a product ordered from our website reach you damaged or defective, please email us at info@ambers-pharmacy.com with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will review the matter from your background information. Any such item may only be eligible for review and remedy if we receive your notification within 7 days from the date you received the product.
