Q: What do I do if I want to return or exchange my order?

A: All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless the goods received are incorrect or defecive. 


Q: I received a defective item, how do I request for an exchange?

A: In an event where the product has been damaged and deemed defective, please email us at info@ambers-pharmacy.com with your order number and a photograph of the item. After we have confirmed it, we will ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us , for which your postage for orders placed in Singapore will be reimbursed. For orders placed outside of Singapore, return postage will be borne by the sender. Please ensure that the wrong item has not been tampered with and the refund postage costs will be the cost of delivery we offer. Exchange will be subjected to stock availability and Amber Compounding Pharmacy reserves the right to revoke an exchange if we deem the need to. Defective item is allowed for an exchange if we receive it within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
