Updates (Suit HC/S 164/2018) against Priscilla Lim Suk Ling, UrbanRx (The Pharmacy Inc.) and Others

Last year on 14^th September 2020, the Singapore High Court recorded a Consent Judgement against Priscilla Lim Suk Ling and UrbanRx Compounding Pharmacy (t/a The Pharmacy Inc.) for their admissions to copying and using our confidential information unlawfully.

It has come to our attention that from around 17^th August 2021, UrbanRx Compounding Pharmacy rebranded to ‘The Pharmacy Inc.’ with a change of address to 25 Birch Road, Singapore 219890. We believe this does not affect the court proceedings.

We have also recently been made aware that UrbanRx Compounding Pharmacy (The Pharmacy Inc.) declared itself as ‘Insolvent’ in it’s Annual Return for 2020 (FYE from 31^st August 2018). Parties are nonetheless proceeding towards an assessment of damages hearing to determine the compensations due from Priscilla Lim and UrbanRx (The Pharmacy Inc.).
