A natural soothing tonic that can be taken to ease sore throats, coughs, bronchial catarrh and other minor upper respiratory tract infections. Beneficial for recurring coughs.
Thyme, echinacea, liquorice, liquid zinc, ginger
Shake well and take 10ml three times daily with a little juice or water.
