Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your package has been shipped, we’ll send you an email to your provided email address containing the tracking number.


Q: What are my delivery options?

A: We ship both locally and internationally. Starting on 1st Jan 2023, our Local Delivery Fee for web orders will be standardized to $12 regardless of the amount of order. Local orders containing fridge items are delivered by our in-house driver. For international orders, please email us at info@amber-pharmacy.com. 


Q: What are your delivery hours?

A: Deliveries are available Monday to Friday, between 10.00 am and 5.30 pm.
