Description: Arnica Montana 6X is a natural homeopathic preparation that may be used for the temporary relief of minor muscle or joint aches and pain, strains, sprains, bruises, backache or over-exertion.

Directions:
Adults and children over two years: Take 3 tablets four to six times each day. Stop when symptoms are relieved. Allow each tablet to be dissolved under the tongue.

Warnings:
Do not take this product for pain for more than 10 days (adults) or 5 days (children) unless directed by a doctor. If pain persists, consult your doctor. Seek advice from your doctor before using this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
